Hello, my name is mike and I am with a national default outsourcer handling loss mit, collections, foreclosure, REO, etc on a national level for a variety of lenders. I stumbled upon this site, and I guess I am interested in how it works, and if there might be any need for investors such as yourselves for an outside company to handle these types of services on properties that you are holding. I know am not supposed to give a sales pitch here...just trying to get to the point of why I am on here. Any feedback on where to go from here?
