Hello Everyone,
This is my first post on BP. I am 29 years old and live in the Cleveland, OH area. I have had an interest in RE investing for years now, but have not yet taken the plunge. I have looked at a handful of properties, but have yet to make an offer. Does anyone have any tips on how to actually take the leap of making offers?
