New Member from Los Angeles
Hi everyone, my name is Andy and I am a new member to the Bigger pockets forum. I currently reside in Los Angeles and am 24 years old. I am new to real estate investing, my only real estate experience is that I bought my first house about a year ago and I currently rent out some of the rooms to make some supplemental income. I would love to discuss real estate investing with others in the area and also talk about investing in other areas outside of LA since LA is quite expensive for young professionals.
