New Member Intro from Nashville, TN!
Hello Bigger Pockets! My name is Grayson Adler and I hail from Nashville, Tennessee. I work in radio during the day and real estate at night (I'm sure many of you can relate:) A little on my real estate experience: I bought a foreclosure in Florida at the bottom of the market in 2010, rented it out for a couple of years, and then sold it for a good profit. I was happy with my first deal and it left me hungry for more. I used the profit from that deal to fund the current house I'm working on. I plan to use it as a vacation rental here in Nashville. I'm most interested in Vacation rentals, flipping, and long term rentals.
Also...I love bigger pockets! I've been listening to the podcasts for ahwhile and I finally got around to making a profile.
