Hey everyone I'm Brad from Lexington MI

Learning the real estate game is something I've been very interested in and I've learned a lot from BP so far. I'm a 33 year old systems administrator and the only house I've ever bought is the one my wife and I live in so I'm as new as it gets.

I used to be a partner in a construction business that did contracting and staging for an investor who had a few rental properties in my area. I've got some ground level knowledge about dealing with renters and rehabbing properties from doing that.

Right now I'm learning all I can and looking to network with people. Hopefully I can learn to do something that ads value to this industry.

@Brad Carrier that they are that they are. I am not sure exactly where you are at in your investing career or what exactly you are looking to get into but if you end up investing in St Clair County I would highly recommend the Port Huron Area Landlord Association. I believe they have around 300 or so members now. They meet once a month (2nd Thursday of each month) and they bring in local judges, accountants, and others that have a direct relationship with investing.
