Newbie investor
Hello,
I am a building inspector with a background in property maintenance, rehab and repair. I have not made an offer as of yet, but my plan is to buy and hold 50 rental units in the next 10 years to enhance my retirement. I have already learned a great deal through the BP podcasts, which I listen to while driving. I look forward to establishing mutually beneficial relationships. in the coming future.
