Hi Everyone,

I am new to the BP website,  there is so much great information on this site.  I have been soaking up as much as I can.   I am ltooking for my first deal, it is nerve wracking and I definitely feel the "analysis paralysis"  It is difficult to find a property where the numbers work in my area, I will not give up.   Would love to hear from fellow San Diegans that have been having some success.  I am excited to dip my foot in the Real Estate pond:)
