New investor from San Antonio
Hello everyone,
This is my long overdue introduction to BP. I joined a few months ago and have been listening to podcasts and reading posts like crazy! I just closed on my first on purpose rental property on Friday and hope to have it rented by the end of this month. I really like the amount on knowledge that the forum provides and hope someone can share a some rental applications and lease agreements specific to tx. Like I said earlier I do have another rental property but it has always been more of an after thought on screening tenants. It's time to get serious and treat this like the business it is.
