Hello to all, my name is Ellie. I am happy to announce that I just became a new member to this great community. I am a Real Estate Investor, Rehabber, and Wholesaler with over 10 years of experience in the South Florida market.
I work with rehabbers and cash buyers that are looking for single family and multifamily properties in South Florida, especially in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. We also work with ambitious local new Investors who are interested partnering and learning more about the business, engaging in win-win-win deals and doing business the right way. We are also open to work with other local wholesalers who we can purchase properties from to rehab ourselves.
