Hi Everyone,

My name is John McMenamin and I'm a new BP member from Omaha, NE.  My real estate experience is limited to the purchase and sale of my personal residence.  I currently have a full-time job that I enjoy, but am excited to get started in real estate investing.  At this point, my main focus is to locate properties to rehab and flip, but I plan on getting into rental properties at some point in the future.  So far, I have found that the BiggerPockets website is full of valuable information and will prove to be a vital resource in the pursuit of my investing goals.
