Hi Everyone!

My name is Sergio and I'm been a member about a month on Bigger Pockets. Like many of us I found Bigger Pockets by accident. I'm more of a Rehab and Hold type of investor then a flipper. I own three properties which I live in one of them. My oldest property I have rented for 22 years with some interesting tenants. So after 22 years I decided to get back in the game and have bought a rehab property which I'm currently fixing. I'm excited with the property that I'm motivated to seek other properties. Bigger Pockets has expanded my knowledge about investing properties by 1000 times what I thought I knew. I plan to join my local REIA this month.
