New to BiggerPockets from Daytona Beach
Hi everyone, since everyone else is introducing themselves i thought i might as well too. I'm 20 years old and currently living in Daytona Beach, FL. I've been interested in REI for about 3 years now (since i moved out of my parents house) but have never really made a move to get started. I'm not lazy or anything, don't get me wrong, I have done alot of studying and read alot of books but im yet to make a move. I'm hoping the people here can give me some advice, motivation and the courage to finally get myself into the "Real World" of Real Estate. I dont have much in savings so im looking to get my real estate license and maybe do some birddogging to get my feet wet. Well thats all i got for now. Have a great day!
