Hey guys
I am an investor in Michigan and I work with the Laker Group. I have experience doing re-habs and other transaction types. The Laker Group is the largest buyer and seller of wholesale properties in michigan so if your interested you should be talking to me before making any rash decisions. Another great asset I have is Hard money and for you new investors out there, its the best way to re-hab a house without using your own money.
