I manage a real-estate hedge fund that's invested primarily in Northern Arizona, and largely in Winslow, AZ. I'm blessed to have an outstanding management team that does a great job at all aspects of purchasing and managing real estate investments. We specialize in purchasing dilapidated properties, remodeling, renting the units, and holding onto the properties long-term for rental income. Mostly residential - apartments and houses. We're different from many other investment funds in that we do all property management and construction in-house. It's very tough work and requires expertise in many different areas, but it's key to generating maximum equity and returns.
I'm a husband to an amazing wife, father to 4 little boys, and enjoy mountain biking, trail running and backpacking, and volunteering at church.
