Hello everyone!

Wanted to introduce myself as a new REInvestor from Southern California! I'm leaving the corporate world behind . . . well soon. I've been really enjoying the discussions and posts on BP and decided to dive in the deep end by getting more involved in BP as I'm building up my wholesale business.
