Hi BP Members, 

My name is Michael Thomas.

I live in Aurora, CO. I am currently full time employed as a software engineer.

My experience with real estate involves buying several homes that I have used a my primary residence, and selling my first home by owner.  

I am interested in obtaining a real estate license, and learning how to value property.

I am interested in investing in small multifamily real estate (2/3/4 Plex).

My short term goal is to purchase 1 multifamily property within the next 12 months.

My long term goal is to create wealth using real estate to provide security for my families future.
