Newbie from Brooklyn, NY Hi!
Just wanted to say Hi! Been lurking and reading, decided to set up profile today.
Looking to start with some small multi-units (2-4 units) or single family rentals. I can't find anything much that makes sense $$ wise in NYC, so I will be looking nationwide.
