Greetings from Ballantyne, Charlotte, NC
Hello Fellow Investors,
My name is Naren. I'm from Chicago recently moved to Ballantyne area, Charlotte. I primarily invest in Single Family homes but do have some experience in Condos and Vacation properties. I'm a buy and hold investor (currently own SFH, Condo in Chicago downtown and overnight vacation rental in the smoky mountain, TN). I'm interested in focusing on SFH but I do know there are many paths to success in RE. I'm definitely interested to learn about other great investments - Multi-Family, wholesaling and fix-and-flip etc.
Glad to be here and looking forward to network with fellow investors with similar passion and also learn from each other.

In order to get the most interaction out of biggerpockets, get active, in the forums, the blogs, everywhere. And add a picture to your profile, it make it easier for people to remember you and recognize you.
