Rehhaber In Dallas saying HELLO!
Hi! My name is Carlos Zepeda. New to BP but have listened to its many podcasts.
Quickly: This is my first year as a full time Rehabber in Dallas, TX. Currently doing (1) rehab every 2-3 months, my goal is to do get to (1-2) rehabs a month next year. Im an Action taker, always driving my farm area for deals, calling FSBO, little DMarketing but ramping up don't mind wholesale deals or MLS listings. Have (2) rentals, Im also a Licensed Master Electrician, 13yrs experience if anyone needs advise or contractors... and what I want to get out of BP is education, find a community of like minded action takers.
