Hello all! My name is Chris Haydis and I live in Biloxi, MS. I am very excited because I am as of right now creating my first Income Producing Property. I am entering into a Tenants in Common agreement with family to purchase a single family home, and converting my personal residence into a rental. I expect this to be only the first step towards building a portfolio and am exciting that this new journey is beginning!
