New Member In Colorado

I was interested in possibly attending the upcoming get-together in Cherry Creek, Colorado. (I live in Englewood, Colorado.)

I am just retiring from my own company (not real estate related), and want nothing more from the forum than access to its knowledge base (and hopefully the camaraderie of the group).

I am presently a passive partner in certain entities that own commercial real estate in Las Vegas and Southern California. Also, I have some cash that I need to invest, and am considering making one or more residential real estate investments. (I also am actively looking for a waterfront home in Southeast Florida.)

I’m 61 years old, married and have two grown daughters. I’m a former Deloitte Touche CPA (Los Angeles office), spent three years as the GM of a property management company that owned and operated two mobile home parks and a good-size office building. For the last 21 years I’ve owned and operated my own company, which produced debit card stimulus promotions for large banks across the country.

I’m happy to be a new member of your group.

Sincerely,

Fritz Natter
