New Member from the Boston Area
Been really enjoying the forums and the podcast lately.
I’m based in the Boston area, and I am considering tapping into some home equity to build a buy and hold cash flow portfolio. I’m currently looking at out of state single family home options, but I have some reservations about purchasing property sight unseen.
