I came here to learn specifically about wholesaling, flipping homes and acquiring rental properties. I have done 1 wholesale deal and have 4 rental properties.
My main question is in regards to marketing. I have made some door hangers and I am having those delivered, what are some other effective marketing techniques for getting some deals to wholesale and flips. I have read and heard about a lot of marketing strategies, I came here to get the opinion of actual full time investors on what is working well for them in finding deals.
