New member and investor
How's it going everyone,
My name is Andres Moreno. I'm 28yrs old and looking to become a new real estate investor with plans to purchase my first property within the next 12 months. I will be relocating near Northfolk, VA this December and I will hit the ground running to find my first multi-family property.
A little bit about me. I was born and raised in Colombia but have been in the states for half my life now. I'm a futbol (soccer) aficionado, love listening to music and like to spend spare time doing web and graphic design.
I started my real estate curiosity by taking a real estate sales person and appraisal course through Allied Business School and realized I didn't want to be a sales person but rather an investor.
