Albert, welcome to the forum. Where in Minneapolis have you been investing? I am originally from Waconia (just west of the cities) and currently living in Des Moines. I am investing in duplexes in Des Moines now and looking for deals back around home. Hoping to get into some flipping and buy/hold in apartment complexes next.
