Hello everyone, great to have found this site while researching FLIPS.  My wife and I are newbie investors from Maryland.  We are looking at townhomes for our first FLIP and are excited to learn about investing in real estate.  We look forward to meeting others on the forum and sharing our experiences with all of you as well.
