Hello Folks,

It's my pleasure to join the BP community. I currently live in Falls Church, VA (suburbs of Washington, DC) and am planning to get into flip business in the DMV area. I come from a family of developers and investors. I'm the third generation following the same path trying to grow the empire in the continental USA.

I look forward to communicating with the BP community, contributing to the site, and learning from the community's precious experience.
