Young professional from Philly!
Hey all!
I've had real estate investing on my mind for the past year, and I've finally signed up at BP! I'm currently in Philadelphia, PA...specifically Manayunk. Looking to learn about ways to invest with the small stack of funds that I currently have ($500-$5000 depending on the source).
I'm interested in supplementing my current income, whether it be on a consistent or inconsistent basis. I'm also interested in finding out how I can use real estate investing to improve the local communities (visually, financially, etc).
I have an extensive accounting/finance knowledge base, and I'm excited to learn more about real estate.
