Hi,
I currently own a triplex and my primary residence. I started listening to the biggerpockets podcast and I became interested in flipping houses and rental properties. I want to get started and feel like I have a lot to learn. I will be spending the next few months reading through the forums, books recommended in the podcast and potentially getting my real estate license. I have a full time job managing a finance department at a local university. My wife and I have a 17 month old boy and two dogs. We live in South East Portland and love it here. Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction.
