Newbie from Stamford, CT
Hello BP community! I'm Tom Suvansri from Stamford, CT and am beginning my journey as a real estate investor (much to the delight of my wife, ha!). We are initially looking to buy and hold SFH or duplexes to start. I look forward to connecting with many of you in the future. I'm starting out while maintaining my full-time job in the pharmaceutical industry and am encouraged to see others finding success in this approach. Who knows, maybe I'll be able to trade in my job for an actual passion, like REI.
