Hello all my name is Lawrence,

I live in The Bronx (NY). I work for the Metropolitan Transit Authority as a train operator. I have been involved with real estate for the past few years. My goal is to buy 3 multi-family properties a year for the next 5 years with information from this forum and other resources that are available.
