Hi everyone,

My name is Simon Roberts and I live in the Northern VA area with my family.

I've been fascinated with REI since I rented out my first condo 10 years ago and I've only now become more serious about my 10 year goal of 1 new rental property per year. I've spent the bulk of my professional life in sales and business development for some of the largest technology companies in the world. I love to spend time with my family and want to do more of that by realizing a significant stream of passive income via my investments.

Currently, I'm looking for creative ways to come up with my next 3 down payments without depleting all my capital.
