Hi Everyone, New Member from NJ.

I have been reading and following BP post on and off for years. I finally took the first step and put an offer on my first rental property last wk. They counter offered and I accepted, but nothing has been signed yet. Looking forward to being part of this amazing BP community. Thanks in advance - defiantly going to need all your expert advise in coming wks.
