Newby from Lee's Summit, MO!

Greetings, all!  I'm new to the forum and excited to network with other Lee's Summit area investors!

We turned our first home into our first rental a few years ago when we upgraded and bought something new.  We've had a fantastic landlord experience so far and are excited to keep the momentum!

I'm interested in hearing from others about their Kansas City metro rental experiences.  I'd love to buy more 3/2 properties, as there aren't a lot of multi-tenant style properties in Lee's Summit.

I have a "real" job - so am looking for easy properties for now.
