Hi from Metro Detroit!
Greetings everyone on bigger pockets! Long term lurker, first time poster.
I'm just getting into investing in Metro Detroit. I'm originally from Australia and I own investment property there. But this is the first time I'm investing in the US (and it's also been several years since my last property), so it all feels new and exciting!
I'm looking forward to engaging with the BiggerPockets community, especially those who are in the Mid-west. I love talking real estate, particularly in order to revitalize a community or neighbourhood. I'm hoping one day, Detroit will be a leaner, but more vibrant community. One house/condo/apartment at a time!
