Long time reader of Biggerpockets and now a new member. I have been investing in real estate since 1987.

I buy/hold/flip. Have sources of private money for commercial deals from 1MM to 50MM. Home mortgages 75K to 400K, no money down, no credit checks.

I look forward to learning more and sharing whatever I have to offer.
