I just found this website a few weeks ago and I've been listening to a great deal of their podcasts. GREAT INFORMATION!!!!! I just started renting out a property (previously primary residence) and bought another one as a primary residence. The more I listen to the podcasts and read the forums, the more knowledgeable (and excited) I'm getting to buy another property. I'm looking to invest in southern maryland (St. Mary's and Calvert county) as well as the DC area (MD, VA and DC). Any comments on how hard it is to get renters between November and March in the above areas? Thanks. Z
