New to BiggerPockets and new to Real Estate.
Hello everyone,
I'm Jake, 23 years old and am newly interested in learning about Real Estate. I actually come from a Law-Enforcement background but have recently built up a strong interest in Real Estate. I understand that Real Estate is a commission based business that requires hard work, perseverance and a strong initiative. Therefore, I am here to learn as much as possible about this career .
I see myself as a highly motivated sales person who is is determined to build long lasting relationships with clients and associates. I recognize this profession as more than just a "job" or hobby. I know that there is a lot for me to learn and I am trying to utilize all available training tools that I can get my hands on.
Please feel free to ask me any questions that come to mind and I will be glad to answer them! However, due to the fact that I am new to Real Estate; be expecting that I ask a few questions in return!
