I would like to say Hi to all the investors. My name is Steve, and I'm from Memphis,Tn a former Marine Grunt. I currently work in the oil and gas business as a Chief Engineer(Ships) for 14 years. I started investing in real estate in 2012. I have purchased and sold two small apartments thus far, my goal as an real estate investor is to continue to buy apartments and to become transactional lender in Memphis,tn.
