Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here on BP and wanted to introduce myself. For the past 15 years I've worked in retail management and I'm now looking to transition to real estate investing. I just recently moved to Phoenix Arizona after spending my entire life in the great state of Colorado! It was just too cold for me! As far as goals i definitely want to get into the rental market and will be looking for property soon. Eventually I want rehab properties full time. I look forward to meeting everyone in the forums!
