Newbie in the Hampton Roads area, VA
Hello All,
So here goes... New to the Site and New to the Business. Have always been interested in Real Estate and have done lots of rehabbing on my own properties. So time is right to get started and build my business. Have tons to learn but ready to jump in. I am looking to invest in undervalued SFH initially, using private lenders to fund the deals, rehab and sell.
I can see there is tons of information on this site and even more through its members. I look forward to meeting many new friends and colleagues.
