Hi Everyone,
I am new to Bigger Pockets, recently a REIA member told me about this wonderful site and I am so glad she did. I have been on and off with Real Estate Investing since 2006. I've done a few rehabs and currently own a rental property in MD.
Recently my family relocated to sunny Florida, and I am looking forward to being more consistent with my real estate business here. Bigger Pockets seems to be not only full of great information, but also people that are willing to help and share info, I'm so impressed by that!
Currently I'm looking to build a strong network in Jax. I'm looking for any advice I can get about lending (private & hardmoney), contractors, and wholesalers in my area.
If I can be of service to anyone I will definitely chime in. I wish everyone much success in their real estate endeavors.
