Hi Team,

I am so glad I found this great site! I am eager to learn and create quality relationships here. My name is Georgia and I am from Seattle, WA.  I'm an analyst-specific focus is on equities. I have always been interested in investments given my background, naturally real estate was the next step for me.

I have been always been passionate about real estate, and now I am finally jumping into it. What really pushed me into real estate was how a financial product can be backed by real estate assets, the complexities of a financial product has intrigued me greatly.

In meantime, I've been eagerly reading many books and taken a couple of real estate investment classes and those are a hit or miss sometimes. I love this site as it provides "FREE" great advice/tips, ability to network, create quality relationships, and at the same time learn.

My goals in real estate is for it to supplement if not replace my current income. I eventually want to transition into this full time within 2-3 years. I will first start off with wholesaling to build enough capital and then getting into more complex real estate investments such as commercial rentals/apartment complexes to development.
