Hi everyone

My name is Cliff. Iam a part time investor and flipper and full time appraiser. I own a high volume appraisal company in southern california. We handle everything in the appraisal business, commercial, down to manufactured homes. I saw a couple of posts on the site asking about the appraisal process so I thought I would give you guys info from the source. If any of you need advice or have questions about anything appraisal I am more than happy to answer your questions.
