Hey BP crowd, I'm a newbie from the Chicagoland area, the northwest suburbs to be exact. I'm interested in doing fix & flips, and some buy & holds down the line. I've just joined my local REI club and am getting enrolled in their mentorship program.
I've got 12 years of residential underwriting experience with a big bank, so if I can be of any use answering questions on conventional financing then please get in touch with me.
