Investor starting in New England

Hey all,

One of my first few posts here. I was reading up on any and everything on real estate classes and found this site. Very helpful and useful. I grew up in southern Maine and now live in New hampshire. Currently I go to school in Ohio pursuing a finance degree. This past summer I bought my first flip and decided to hold it for the year while we work on it. The plan is to sell it in May. I posted earlier about our granite countertops I'll attach the link so maybe I can get someone to look at that post too. 

Anyway, I'm glad to be here and begin my journey learning.
