Hello all!

My name is Gustavo Martinez, i am starting up in Real Estate investing by going to Real Estate school and getting licensed. My goal is to buy many buy and hold properties, hopefully will be getting my first multifamily in a few months! Any tips to a beginner that is afraid to lose his money?!
