Hi Everyone,

Just came across this site and thought it would be a good idea to join.

I am a retired Federal Gov't employee after 40 years.  Retired for almost 6 years.

Real Estate has always been very interesting to me and for that reason I became a Real Estate Agent several years ago.  However, I found that was not for me.  I was hearing all the noise about being an investor without any money!  Was hard to believe but I delved into learning everything I could about it.  I've digested a lot of learning and now hopefully, I can start to implement what I have learned.  I have found that it is not an easy task, but I still believe it can be done and is being done.   I am honestly struggling to get my first wholesale deal done.  Finding a list of buyers was easier than finding real motivated sellers.  I'm working without any funds so I really want to get some completed wholesale deals under my belt, but finding properties is harder than I expected.  That goes for bird dogging as well.  But, I'm not giving up this time.  I just have to find that "something" that I must be missing to make this happen.

Happy to join the family!
