Hello,
I'm new to the community and wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. I have a small start in investing with one SFH that was my first home. I've been renting it out for the past year, while renting myself. I'm ready to buy again with hopes of finding a duplex that I can occupy. Once a second investment is in place I'd like to continue on this same course to acquire small multi family properties in the Houston area.
I look forward to connecting with all of you and exploring the wealth of information available on BP!

Welcome to biggerpockets, Finding these duplex are difficult but not impossible. For those that do have them, they do not want to let go. Have you consider buying single family?
@Gaurav M. You are targeting a great market, Houston is booming and it does not show that it will stop any time soon.
