Hello everyone. I have been a real estate agent/broker in Atlanta for some 14 years...I became licensed right out of college. My main focus has been land aquisition for residential builders and developers, but that market has taken a huge hit in metro-Atlanta. I have seen estimates stating Atlanta has a 3 year supply of residential lots, nearly double the historical norm...ouch! Had to find a new income stream.

Long story short, I stumbled across a bank-owned builder foreclosure with about 90 vacant lots and found a buyer. I have been focused on builder foreclosures ever since. Stumbled across this site a few months ago trying to educate myself on bulk/portfolio sales...needed to learn the lingo! :crying: Take care.
